NEW THIS YEAR! We're adding a second Magnificent Mile Art Festival this fall! The Magnificent Mile Art™ Festival showcases the original art of 60 artists in the plaza and sidewalks of 875 North Michigan Avenue (previously known as the Hancock Building) in this free to the public arts event.
The event is hosted by 875 North Michigan Avenue and The Magnificent Mile Association. Michigan Avenue, also called "The Magnificent Mile" is Chicago's world renowned upscale shopping area playing host to world class luxury stores, boutiques, residences and offices. Tourists, residents and area professionals pack the area daily.
Area residents have an average household net worth of over $790,000 and 38% of the residents have graduate degrees or higher. The combination of wealth, education, and lots of foot and vehicular traffic makes this location a great place to show and sell your art.
Application fees are non-refundable. Show cancellations must be made in written form and submitted by email to the Event and Artist Manager, Alexis. If an artist cancels on or before April 1, 2027, they will be given a refund for the amount paid toward the booth, less a $50 processing fee. NO REFUNDS AFTER APRIL 1, 2027. Artists that cancel after April 1, 2027 can have the amount paid toward their booth fee transferred to another 2027 Amdur Productions' festival balance for a $125 fee.
Awards are bestowed at the festival; artists keep all their sales income from the show.
