Join us for the 7th annual Englewood Seafood & Music Festival, taking place February 26-28, 2027! at the Englewood Elks Lodge in Englewood, Florida.

Event hours are: Friday: 4 pm to 10 pm (Friday is optional for all vendors) Saturday: 11 am to 10 pm (6 pm to 10 pm is optional for all vendors) Sunday: 11 am to 6 pm

This vibrant 3-day event blends live music, freshly prepared seafood, and a boutique-style arts and crafts marketplace.

It's an excellent opportunity to grow your customer base on Florida's southwest coast during high season. Englewood draws strong attendance from Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, Venice, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Fort Myers, and Cape Coral.

2026-2027 CALENDAR

Application deadline: December 27, 2026.

Booth fee payment due: January 27, 2027 - NOTE: All booth fee payments are made directly to PARAGON - booth fee payments cannot be made through ZAPPLICATION.

If the booth fee payment is not received by the deadline, those "invited" artists will automatically be moved to the waitlist.

Friday, February 26, 2027: Check-in and setup: 9 am to 3 pm Show hours: 4 pm to 10 pm (Friday is optional for all artists & vendors)

Saturday, February 27, 2027: Check-in and setup continue: 6 am to 8 am; Show hours: 11 am to 10 pm (6 pm-10 pm is optional for all vendors)

Sunday, February 28, 2027: Show hours: 11 am - 6 pm

• Overnight security, Friday and Saturday evening
• Designated RV parking Friday and Saturday evenings
• Easy load-in and load-out

Rules and regulations

Please email us if you need clarification on any rules before applying. Our Standards & Rules Committee reserves the right to exclude work that does not conform to show standards.

IMAGE USAGE: Accepted artists agree that Paragon may use images for event promotion, for the online website presence of the event, and/or for publicity purposes.

• Artisans, crafters, and vendors must be present with their work for the entire duration of the arts festival.
• Artisans, crafters, and vendors are required to show photo identification (in English) at check-in to ensure identity and compliance with all event rules.
• Artisans, crafters, and vendors may only show work in categories and bodies of work shown to and selected by the jury.
• All work exhibited must be in the category applied to, and exhibit the quality and body of work that was shown in the images used in the jury process.
• No Multi-Level Marketing products.

SALES TAX: The sales tax rate for Englewood is 7%.

Booth information and fees

APPLICATION FEE: $15.00

SINGLE booth fee: $325.00 - NOTE: booth fee paid directly to Paragon Festivals - NOT to ZAPP

DOUBLE booth fee: $650.00 - NOTE: booth fee paid directly to Paragon Festivals - NOT to ZAPP

CORNER fee: $50 - NOTE: booth fee paid directly to Paragon Festivals - NOT to ZAPP

ELECTRICITY: $100 (You may bring your own generator for no additional charge) - NOTE: electricity fee paid directly to Paragon Festivals - NOT to ZAPP

DISPLAY SPACE: Upon acceptance, artists desiring corner or double spaces or that require electrical connection must specify and pay any applicable fees at the time payment is submitted. Specific space requests will be assigned based on the date payment is received. We will attempt to accommodate all reasonable requests.

DISPLAY SURFACE: Pavement/brick and grass: no drilling into or anchoring to the pavement is allowed; tents must be anchored by free-standing weights only.
