Fine Art Only: The festival is only open to fine art. Crafts and makers should not apply. Food vendors should not use this application.
AI Disclosure Statement: Applicants must disclose any use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the creation of their work. If AI-assisted tools were used in any stage of the creative process, applicants are required to clearly indicate the extent and nature of that use in their artist statement or application materials. Submissions found to be primarily or entirely generated by AI without significant human authorship or manual artistic intervention will not be eligible for jurying or exhibition.
Hours: Exhibit Hours are from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm Thursday, March 25th, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm Friday, March 26th, and 10:00 am - 5:00 pm Saturday, March 27th. Artists must be present during all scheduled festival hours.
Check-In: Check-in is required before setting up your booth and will take place at 82 S. 100 W. in the center of the Festival on Thursday, March 25th from 7:00 am - 2:00 pm.
Award Criteria: Artwork must be original in design and executed by the applicant. Each artist must accompany their own work and may display and sell only in the category in which their work has been accepted.

Jewelry Selling Guidelines: Only artists accepted in the jewelry category may display and sell jewelry.
Buy/Sell: No commercial dealers, agents, kits, castings from commercial molds or mass-produced items or resellers allowed.

Applications are reviewed through a blind jury process. On average, 400 applications are submitted each year, of which about 160 artists are selected by the jury and about 5 additional artists are invited exempt from jury. Within a medium category, applications are sorted and viewed by jurors in random order on a computer monitor, and each juror scores applications on a 1-10 scale separately from various locations, as part of a single jury panel that scores applications for all medium categories.
Returning artists may also be selected for having received an award, by the show director or board, or as a local artist. The jury process is closed to observation.
