A showcase for original artwork by visual artists in a wide variety of media, along with live music. Held in the recently upgraded historic Paseo Arts District, which was named one of the Top 10 Neighborhoods in the United States by the American Planning Association in 2010, the Paseo has been associated with the arts in Oklahoma since 1929. Today, more than 60,000 people visit the annual Memorial Day Weekend Festival. Hours: Saturday and Sunday 10am-10pm, Monday 10am - 5pm. Artists booths close at 8pm Sat & Sun, Mon at 5pm.
The fees for the Paseo Arts Festival include a non-refundable Jury Fee of $35; a Booth Fee of $400 for a regular booth, $500 for a Corner Booth or $800 for a Double Booth (add another $100 for corner); with an optional electricity fee of $50. Corner booths, double booths and electricity are available in limited quantities and given on a first come, first serve basis.
The application deadline is Monday, January 11, 2027 and artists will be notified on or before February 13, 2027. Submit four images (one image of booth setup is mandatory, if you do not have one you may submit a drawing) for each media represented in your booth. Reproductions are allowed to the extent they are clearly marked as such and displayed only in a bin or portfolio and not on panels. Reproductions may not be more than 25% of the art for sale.
SALES All proceeds from exhibitors' sales go to the participating artist. Exhibitors are responsible for their own transactions, including sales tax. The PAA offers a Visa/MasterCard/AMEX service for a 5% service fee.
SECURITY The PAA provides overnight, on-site security. However, the PAA cannot assume any liability for loss or damage to displays of art for any reason.
WEATHER POLICY Exhibitors should understand that this is an outdoor art festival and, as such, will continue even during inclement weather. Unless the Festival Committee cancels the event, any artist who leaves before the Festival closes without consent of the committee will not be asked to return. Artists must remain on the Festival site until the weather passes or the Festival Committee advises otherwise and return to their tent until the Festival closes.
JURORS EXPECTATIONS High standards are key to the success and the community outreach mission of the PAA and the Paseo Arts Festival. The jurors will consider numerous aspects of the work submitted, including craftsmanship, design, creativity and presentation.
ARTIST BREAKFAST Breakfast on Sunday, May 30, 8:30-10am.
The Paseo Arts Association (PAA) reserves the right to use Festival artists' images for public relations purposes.
Booth signage and nametags will be found in the artist packet and usage is mandatory. Packets are available upon check in.
Each participating artist will have a 10x10 foot square space. Every effort is made to create a layout that is not competitive with the same media. The artist is responsible for display materials, and tents designed for outdoor use must fit the designated size. Electricity (110v) is available for an additional $50. Artist are encouraged to use LED because of possible wattage restrictions. A shared booth, up to two artists, is by special request only; the shared booth fee is $500.

An on-site ATM, artist breakfast Sunday morning, free admission, parking and shuttle that runs the duration of the festival. Overnight security, booth sitting, event guide with map, artists names and booth assignments. Advertised statewide.
It is preferred that structures are not cheaply made, lightweight, accordion-style pop-up tents. Tent must be clean, WHITE, commercial, or professional grade, fire retardant, with at least 40 pounds of weight securely fastened (not dangling) on each corner and with stabilizing maneuvers that provide maximum safety. "In-ground" stakes, such as straight or hammer-driven, will not be permitted.
The last day to withdraw without forfeiting the exhibition, electric, parking and t-shirt fees is April 1 and there will be a $30 administration fee. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS AFTER THIS DATE.

Applications are scored by a jury of 9 jurors organized into multiple panels, each scoring applications for the medium categories in which they have expertise. Jurors view images on a computer monitor and score separately from various locations using a 1-5 scale. Within a medium category, applications are sorted and viewed by application ID. The jury process is closed to observation. On average, 330 applications are submitted each year and 85 artists are selected to participate.
