Open to visual artists, painters, sculptors, ceramists, printmakers, performing artists, musicians, writers, new media artists, curators, filmmakers, theater artists, architects, art critics, researchers, and more. Reduced monthly fee (€300) available exclusively to artists who are both residents and citizens of SAARC countries: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. Artists must arrange their own international travel, visas, local transport, daily living expenses, art supplies, and health insurance.
