Join us for the 6th annual Bonita Springs Seafood & Music Festival on March 19-21, 2027, at Old 41 & Bonita Beach Road at the spacious field next to the Poker Room. This vibrant three-day event blends live music, freshly prepared seafood, and a boutique-style arts and crafts market.

Hours are: Friday 4 pm-10 pm (Friday night being open is optional for all vendors), Saturday 11 am-10 pm (Saturday evening 6 pm-10 pm is optional for all vendors), Sunday 11 am-6 pm.

This vibrant three-day event blends live music, freshly prepared seafood, and a boutique-style arts and crafts market.

2027 CALENDAR

Application deadline: January 19, 2027

Booth fee payment due: February 19, 2027 - NOTE: All booth fee payments are made directly to PARAGON - booth fee payments cannot be made through ZAPPLICATION.

If the booth fee payment is not received by the deadline, those "invited" artists will automatically be moved to the waitlist.

Friday, March 19, 2027: Check-in and setup: 9 am - 3 pm Show hours: 3 pm to 9 pm (Friday is optional for all artists & vendors)

Saturday, March 20, 2027: Check-in and setup continue: 6 am - 8 am; Show hours: 11am to 9 pm (6 pm-9 pm are optional for all vendors)

Sunday, March 21, 2027: Show hours: 11am - 6pm

ARTIST SERVICES:

• Overnight security, Friday and Saturday evening
• Designated overnight RV Parking Friday and Saturday evenings
• Easy load-in and load-out

Rules and regulations

IMAGE USAGE: Accepted artists agree that Paragon may use images for event promotion, for the online website presence of the event, and/or for publicity purposes.

1. Artisans, crafters, and vendors must be present with their work for the entire duration of the arts festival.
2. Artisans, crafters, and vendors are required to show photo identification (in English) at check-in to ensure identity and compliance with all event rules.
3. Artisans, crafters, and vendors may only show work in categories and bodies of work shown to and selected by the jury.
4. All work exhibited must be in the category applied to, and exhibit the quality and body of work that was shown in the images used in the jury process.
5. No Multi-Level Marketing products.

SALES TAX: Sales tax in Florida is currently 7.00%.

Booth information and fees

APPLICATION FEE: $15.00

SINGLE booth fee: $325.00 (paid directly to Paragon Festivals - NOT to ZAPP)

DOUBLE booth fee: $650.00 (paid directly to Paragon Festivals - NOT to ZAPP)

CORNER fee: $50 (paid directly to Paragon Festivals - NOT to ZAPP)

ELECTRICITY: $100 (you may bring your own generator for no additional charge; paid directly to Paragon Festivals - NOT to ZAPP)

DISPLAY SPACE: Upon acceptance, artists desiring corner or double spaces or that require electrical connection must specify and pay any applicable fees at the time payment is submitted. Specific space requests will be assigned based on the date payment is received. We will attempt to accommodate all reasonable requests.

DISPLAY SURFACE: Grass: tents must be anchored by free-standing weights only.

Jury details

Average number of applications submitted each year: 100

Average number of artists selected from the jury to participate in the event: 60

Average number of exempt from jury artists who are invited to participate in the event: 3

How returning artists are selected: Selected by show director or board

Vendors that are excluded/ineligible: No MLM

How images are viewed by jurors: Computer monitor

Jurors score applications using the following scale: 1 - 10

Number of jurors scoring applications: 3

The show organizes the jurors for a: Single jury panel that scores applications for all medium categories

Jurors score: Separately from various locations
