Centro Cultural Casa Hechale (CCCH) is an independent cultural centre for the performing arts in Santa María la Ribera, Mexico City. Grounded in theatre, performance, dramaturgy and movement, it is dedicated to artistic research, experimentation and the development of new work, extending into film, moving image, design and interdisciplinary practice. The centre offers a black box theatre, rehearsal and project spaces, the Front Gallery, residency rooms and shared spaces for research and conversation. Its programs include international artist residencies, acting and playwriting labs, and acting intensives. Cross-border exchange is central to its mission, with a particular focus on artistic and cultural exchange across the Mexico–United States border. It engages with Chicano, Latinx and transborder practices while building relationships with artists and cultural institutions internationally.
