For our upcoming exhibition titled "DEJA VU," we invite visual artists of all disciplines to submit works that explore the phenomenon of recognition, memory, and perception. The term déjà vu comes from French and literally means "already seen." It describes the strange sensation of experiencing a moment or situation that feels familiar, as if it had happened before, even though it is objectively new. This brief overlap between present experience and memory raises fascinating questions about time, consciousness, and reality. When does repetition become memory—and when does it turn into illusion? Online viewing virtual exhibition hosted in Moon Art & Kunstmatrix 3-D-Exhibition Space. Includes E-Catalogue + Certification. Curated by Dr. Barbara Aust-Wegemund, art historian, chief curator.
