Mentorship
Individual and group meetings with the curator for assistance and feedback; curatorial assistance is scheduled throughout the entire residency, with studio visits, exchange of ideas and practical help, plus help organising meetings with the community and contacts with local artists.
Equipment
Printers + scanner, painting workspace (oil), easels, light tables, textiles workspace, fiber arts workspace, dye area. A series of basic equipment and some classic hardware.
Compensation details
Artist stipend: 0. Travel/material stipends: 0. Grant/scholarship/other funding support: 0. Residency fees start at €1,650/month. Option A — private studio in Casa Bagnolo + private bedroom with shared bathroom: €1,650/month. Option B — private studio in Oaxaca House + private bedroom with shared bathroom, plus access to the Oaxaca Studio Garden: €1,800/month. Option C — private research studio with double bedroom and en-suite bathroom in Casa Oaxaca: €1,820/month. Option D — private studio in Casa Bagnolo + private bedroom with en suite bathroom in Casa Oaxaca: €1,850/month. Option E — Orchard Studio Cottage + access to Casa Bagnolo communal areas: €1,880/month. All options include 24/7 access to your private studio and to the communal spaces at Casa Bagnolo. One guest is welcome to stay in the same room and bed as the artist, for a supplemental fee of €15 per night with a minimum stay of one week (7 nights).

Open to artists based anywhere in the world; any stage of career. Must apply and be accepted individually, but artists may apply as a team. Languages: English, Spanish, Other. Pets are not allowed. Spouses/partners allowed for full stay (non-collaborators). Nocefresca is great for visual artists, photographers, writers, multi-disciplinary artists, designers, composers and creative nomads. We schedule curatorial assistance throughout the entire residency, but we are also always happy to visit your studio, exchange ideas or give some practical help. We can also help you organise a specific meeting with the community, facilitate interactions, put you in contact with local artists or recommend a less-known location. We have a series of basic equipment and some classic hardware; you are expected to provide any specific tools and materials you might need.
