Entry Instructions
SOME TIPS FOR SUBMITTING THROUGH EntryThingy :
- Upload ALL your images BEFORE you click submit.
- If specifying framed or unframed add it next to the title.
- DO NOT PUT ANYTHING BUT PRICE IN THE SPACE FOR PRICE WHEN ENTERING YOUR INFO.
- Shipping charges will be applied if your work is purchased and not picked up in the gallery.
- Medford Arts will collect sales tax on any sales.
Entry Image Info
- Do not include frame or mat
- Crop to edges of image.
- 300 dpi will produce a good quality image.
- File Size not to exceed 5 MB
Terms
- May submit up to 3 pieces.

Must be family friendly.
- Only original work, conceived by the artist, signed by the artist.
- Work submitted may NOT have been previously shown at MAC.
- This is juried for awards. ALL works will be included in the online exhibit.
- Entries to be submitted through: https://www.EntryThingy.com
- ALL WORK MUST BE FOR SALE! MAC receives a 30% commission on all sales.
- The MAC will notify the artist of sale of their work.
- Artists are responsible for shipping sold work to the buyer.
- Shipping charges will be applied to purchase.
- Liabilities- Artwork will be handled with all possible care, however, the Medford Arts Center will not be held responsible for loss or damage from any cause whatsoever.
- By entering you agree to be added to our mailing list to be notified of upcoming exhibits. You may unsubscribe at any time.
- Submission of work implies agreement on the part of the artist with the above.
