Wychwood Barns is surrounded by a City of Toronto Public Park which contains several amenities, including a children's playground, a large grass field which is home to a skating rink in the winter, a community garden, volleyball court and dog park.

Studio 170 is a perfect fit for organizations involved in theatre, performing arts, community programming, administration, or hosting workshops or activities accommodating up to 70 people. Featuring semi-sprung floors, floor to ceiling windows, and direct access to a well-established arts community, the studio offers a flexible environment ready to support creative practice and public engagement.

This space has been successfully operated as administration offices, visual arts studio, theatrical rehearsal space, television and radio recording studio, private events rental space, and for community programming.
