Requirements
Apply online by September 21, 2026 (11:59 p.m. EST) at callforentry.org (you'll need to set up a free account). Applications must include at least 5 images of what you plan to sell and 2 images of how you plan to arrange your exhibit space (5-7 images total; no audio or video). Application fee is $30.00. Fees for exhibit space: $45.00 for a 3ft. space (Schrader Center only), $65.00 for a 4ft. space, $75.00 for a 5ft. space (Stifel Fine Art Center only), $85.00 for a 6ft. space freestanding (no wall space), $85.00 for a 6ft. space, $105.00 for a 8ft. space. Payment in full for exhibit space fee and rentals are due upon acceptance into the show. No refunds for cancellation after October 16, 2025. Each accepted artist will need to provide an inventory list of all work and prices before setup.
Open to all artists 18 and older who exhibit and sell work of original concept and design, and all work must be handmade. No manufacturer representatives will be accepted. Gourmet Foods: items sold must be specialty food products that are not widely commercially available. The applicant must be the company owner or principal producer of the products sold.
