Work surfaces, chair, easel, trash can, sink, desk lamp, rolling cart, cutting mat. Artists provide all necessary technical equipment they need to comfortably carry out their work.
Compensation details
There is no financial support offered at this time. Artists are responsible for travel, materials, and meals. Artist is provided on-site restaurant discounts/vouchers. Artist Stipend: 0 USD. Travel Stipend/Material Stipends: 0 USD. Residency Fees: 0 USD. No stipend is offered for the Hotel Willa Artist in Residence Program.

In an effort to foster community throughout the rural Southwestern high desert, the residency is open to artists, makers, writers, and creatives working in all disciplines who live or work in the Four Corners region or within a 300-mile radius of Taos, New Mexico. Not applicable for Taos County residents. Open to artists working in any art form, including but not limited to visual arts, performing arts, music, literature, multimedia, culinary, and interdisciplinary projects. At this time we are not able to accommodate couples or families. Any stage of career. Only open to artists based in the country the program is located. May apply as a team. Pets are not allowed.
