Dama Gallery is accepting submissions for its current and ongoing Ventura exhibition program: a curated mix of solo and group exhibitions in a 3,000-square-foot space inside a 100-year-old historic building, with high ceilings and adaptable configurations that support large-scale installations, sculpture and ambitious contemporary works. Accepted artwork includes painting, printmaking, sculpture, glass, fiber, functional, digital, photography, installation, mixed media and new genres; proposals may include multiple disciplines. Artists are considered primarily for the quality, clarity and strength of their work, as well as their overall preparedness for exhibition. Selected artists are invited to participate in openings and may also be featured through the gallery's media initiatives, including The Gallery Hangover Podcast.
