Personalize your Artsume experience as an artist or organization.
For artists
Profile customization
Visual identity:
- Profile photo — 400×400px, shows on your profile and applications
- Banner image — 1600×400px, appears at the top of your profile page
Content:
- Handle — Your unique username
- Headline — Short tagline (like "Sculptor | Installation Artist")
- Artist statement — Description of your practice
- Disciplines — Your artistic mediums
- Location — Where you're based
Links:
- Website URL
- Social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Visibility settings
Control what others see:
- Public profile — Anyone can view
- Private profile — Only visible in applications
- Unlisted profile — Only accessible via direct link
Individual portfolio works and CV entries can also be set to public or private.
Notification preferences
Go to Settings → Notifications to control:
- Application status updates
- New opportunities matching your disciplines
- Deadline reminders
- Artsume announcements
Choose email frequency: immediate, daily digest, or off.
For organizations
Organization branding
Visual identity:
- Logo — 400×400px, appears on your profile and opportunities

- Colors — Some plans allow custom color schemes

- Organization name and handle
- Description — What you do (be specific)
