Is the free artist plan really free forever?

Yes. Your profile, portfolio, CV, discovery and connections are free with no time limit. Artsume Pro ($12/month, or $100/year) adds best-fit matching and profile-view insights for artists in an active application season. Switch between the two any time.

Do you take a cut of grants, prizes or sales?

Never. Grants, prizes, awards and sales go entirely to the artist. Our revenue is the subscription, plus a 10% platform fee on the application fees an organization chooses to collect through Stripe.

Do we pay card processing fees on top of the 10%?

No. The 10% is all-in. Artsume covers the card processing on every application payment you collect, so there is no separate processing fee, no monthly minimum and no per-payout charge. Ten percent is the whole number.

What counts toward an organization's price?

Nothing about the size of your artist network. Organizations start free on Artsume Network; Artsume Intelligence is a flat subscription (from $79/month billed annually, or $129/month monthly) that adds advanced reviews, reporting and insights. Your artist community can grow without ever changing the price.

Can we try it with a real program first?

Yes. Artsume Network is free with no time limit. Post a program, collect applications and record decisions without a subscription. Add Artsume Intelligence only when you want deeper reviews and reporting.
