LiTE-HAUS seeks artists based in or near Berlin to exhibit artworks in a short group exhibition in June. We prefer small or medium size works, but don't hesitate to apply with any size. There is no theme, which will allow more opportunities for artists and create a diverse show that attracts more people.

HOURS: Thurs 6pm-9pm Fri 1pm-6pm & Sat 11am-3pm & Sun 11am-2pm
VERNISSAGE: THURSDAY June 25 6PM-9PM (DONNERSTAG 25.06.2026 18:00-21:00)
You are not required to attend the Vernissage or the exhibition.
NOTIFICATION: ARTISTS will be notified by June 1 (01.06.2026). We will ONLY notify accepted artists.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: June 5 (05.06.2026) Chosen artists must register their selected artworks with additional details, and schedule their delivery and pickup.
ART DELIVERY & PICK UP: We do not have space to store packing materials, so be prepared to take them with you after you deliver your art. If you are not located in Berlin, you may ship your art but there is a fee for the unpacking and repacking of your art for return, and artists must pay the shipping costs both ways. If you are unable to pick up art by JUNE 29, there is a daily storage fee.

SIZE: There is no size limit for this application. But artworks or photos must be easy to hang or display. Loose paper artwork is not accepted; you must use poster hangers (wood strips with magnets) at the minimum.
LiTE-HAUS is a non-profit organization (Ad Finem gGmbH). However, this is not a grant-funded exhibition. Artists co-fund the show with LiTE-HAUS based on the number of artworks and size. No application fee.
DONATION: There is some flexibility because artists might apply with different sizes. If your work is accepted we will tell you exactly how much to donate at that time. But here's a guideline:
Small artworks (under 40cm) donate €20 for the first artwork, €10 each additional work accepted.
Medium artworks (over 40cm, less than 70cm) donate €30 for the first artwork, €20 each additional work accepted.
Large artworks (over 70cm) donate €40 per artwork, regardless of the number of artworks selected.
Measurements must include the frame. Donations for heavy or very big artworks will be determined if selected.
10% sales commission will be taken for this exhibition.
Artists cannot choose where the artwork will hang in the gallery rooms. We will install your work and gallery-sit.
Prepare a maximum of 10 files as PNG or JPEG. If you do not prepare your files correctly, your submission will not be reviewed. We do not need to know the name of your work or the price for this application. We will get that information later if you are accepted. Name your files: LASTNAME_FIRSTNAME_WIDTHxHEIGHT_NUMBER. (Example: KOCH_ROBERT_50x40_1). Number the files 1 to 10. Measurements must include the frame. Image files must be 800 Pixels height and no larger than 1MB.
