“Immigrant Diaspora in the USA”
OCCCA invites all artists to create, express, explore and address the theme of "US – The Immigrant Diaspora in the USA" through compelling visual art viewpoints of both historic and/or current immigrant contributions, issues and aspects brought on by the diaspora historically impacting and currently facing established, emergent and new immigrant communities and individuals. All media are sought and encouraged including painting, mixed media, three-dimensional art, installation, looped video, new media, performance and experimental artwork. Juried by Peter Frank, a New York-born, Los Angeles-based art critic, historian, and curator with over half a century of curatorial experience at institutions including the Guggenheim, Documenta, and the Venice Biennale.

Additional Requirements
1–9 pieces per artist (maximum 9 entries). Upload images as JPG; video as MP3, MOV, or MP4 (max 1000MB per file). All wall-displayed artwork must arrive wired for installation or with appropriate secure installation hardware. Maximum dimension 50 inches including framing; maximum weight 25 pounds. Pre-paid return shipping label must be included with each shipment. If video is selected, artist must send work on a USB thumb drive for display during exhibition.
