About This Opportunity

**Aviário Studio Relief Printmaking Residency** aims to promote the exploration and production in the Printmaking field with the focus on the relief techniques, such as woodcut and linocut.

We offer the conditions to test possibilities and materialize ideas. On one hand, it can be a moment of transition, more connected to experimentation and research; on the other hand, it can be the point of consolidation of a project translated into the production of a new body of work.

Note

Artists must be over 21 years old at the time of their arrival. Artists must be able to cover the costs of the residency fee, travel, materials and food.

Detailed Breakdown

Residency fees range from €600 for 2 weeks to €1800 for 6 weeks. Fee includes accommodation in shared house, studio access Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, access to workshops and equipment, and project discussion. Materials and meals not included. Studio Support (training or assistance) is €15 per hour.
