“Photographs that place the viewer at a threshold — tension, imminent shift, something at stake”
Photography open call inviting images that place the viewer at a threshold — where tension is imminent but not yet resolved. Literal passages (doors, windows, tunnels) are welcome only when the photograph itself carries this tension; the call seeks work that operates as a threshold, not as symbol. Juried by Douglas Stockdale (PhotoBook Journal, Singular Images), whose work is held at the Museo d'Arte Contemporanea di Roma, the Beinecke Rare Book & Manuscript Library (Yale), and Reminders Photography Stronghold. Selected work exhibited online June 20–August 20, 2026 and included in a printed catalog.
