Aviário Studio Ceramics Furniture Making Residency
About This Opportunity
Aviário Studio Ceramic Furniture Making Residency aims to promote exploration and production in the field of ceramic furniture. The program is customized according to the artist's goals regarding duration, outcome and focus. We offer the conditions to test possibilities and materialize ideas. On one hand, it can be a moment of transition, more connected to experimentation, research and learning new techniques; or it can be the point of consolidation of a project translated into the production of a new body of work.
Please note that ceramics residencies have to be at least 3 weeks, and that only small furniture will be able to be produced given that the kiln size is the following: 63cm deep x 67cm tall x 48cm wide.
