For this gallery and online exhibition Las Laguna Gallery invites artists 50 or older to submit their works. As we grow older, the maturity and insight life has given us multiplies. The viewpoints and experiences that come with age are invaluable lessons to us all on how to live life - and live it well. This month we will celebrate the talent and wisdom of the artists over 50. Many of the artists who submitted to this exhibition have spent half a life-time honing their skills and their craft. A few in our selection are new to art but they bring with them a myriad of experiences which helps create and inform their art.
Media can include Acrylic, Airbrush, Assemblage, Charcoal, Color Pencil, Collage, Digital Art, Drawings, Encaustic, Fiber Art, Graphite, Glass Art, Illustration, Jewelry, Mixed Media, New Media, Oil, Painting, Pastel, Photography (Traditional and Digital), Printmaking, Sculpture, Video and Watercolor.
Note: All artists who submit to this show will be accepted and have at least one of their submitted works posted and promoted on our website and to our client list. A select number of artists will be chosen to send their work to the gallery for the in-person exhibition at our brick and mortar gallery in Laguna Beach, California.
Submission Guidelines:
- Maximum size 12" - $25
- Maximum size 20" - $35
- Maximum size 30" - $40
- Maximum size 40" - $60
- For pieces larger than 40", fees can be discussed individually.
If selected for an in-gallery exhibition but prefer online-only participation, you can opt out to avoid wall rent and shipping fees, this switch entails no additional costs.

Open to artists aged 50 or older. All submitters are accepted and will have at least one work featured in the online exhibition. A select number will be invited to show work in-person at the Laguna Beach gallery. Artists chosen for in-person exhibition may opt out to remain online-only at no additional cost. Wall fees apply for in-person works: $25 (up to 12"), $35 (up to 20"), $40 (up to 30"), $60 (up to 40"); larger sizes negotiable.
