How It Works#

1. Organization sets application fee (or enables sliding scale)
2. Artist applies and sees fee information
3. Payment is processed securely through Stripe
4. Receipt is automatically generated
5. Organization receives payment (via Stripe Connect)

For fee waivers:

1. Artist requests a waiver during application
2. Organization reviews the request
3. Decision is communicated to the artist
4. Application proceeds regardless of decision
