See Which CV Entries Reference Your Portfolio Works
Portfolio works now show which CV entries reference them. See at a glance where each piece has been exhibited, awarded, or collected.
- Link icon on portfolio cards when referenced in CV
- CV References section in portfolio work modal
- Human-readable summaries (e.g., "Exhibited at Villa Lina, Toronto, 2023")
Portfolio-CV Linkage Indicators
Your portfolio and CV are now visually connected. When a portfolio work is linked to CV entries, you'll see it right on the card.
What's New
Link Icon on Portfolio Cards:
- A small link icon appears in the top-left corner of portfolio cards
- The icon shows when the work is referenced in your CV
- Works without CV references don't show the icon
CV References in Modal:
- Click on a portfolio work to open its details
- Scroll down to see the "CV References" section
- See human-readable summaries like:
- "Exhibited at Villa Lina, Toronto, 2023"
- "Awarded Best in Show from Ontario Arts Council, 2022"
- "In collection of Museum of Modern Art, New York"
How It Works
When you link a portfolio work to a CV entry (like an exhibition or award), that connection now displays on both:
- The CV entry - Shows the linked artwork
- The portfolio work - Shows which CV entries reference it
Benefits

- Show the exhibition history of each piece
- Highlight awards and recognition
- Document where works are collected
For Curators & Collectors:
- See the provenance and history of works at a glance
- Understand an artwork's significance
- Discover related exhibitions and contexts
Works Everywhere
This feature works on:
- Your public profile (
/a/your-handle) - Your dashboard in edit mode
- Preview mode
Link your portfolio works to CV entries in the CV section to see them appear!
